Our specialized audit staff conduct inspections and report on the certified locations.

AUDIT PROCEDURE
The Audit Procedure is outlined in the following diagram and describes the following:
1. Preliminary research
A preliminary investigation is conducted to assess the company and its teaching materials/services.
2. Orientation audit
A pre-audit is conducted, with a local assessment of everything. This involves examining the company, its personnel, organization, etc.
3. Elaboration of work plan
Based on the Pre-Audit, a work plan is drawn up that lists all the points of attention, shortcomings, etc. that the company needs to work on before the Audit.
4. Audit
An audit is being conducted, assessing both documentation and implementation.
5. Report
After the Audit all findings are reported.
6. Implementation
The report will be reviewed and implemented. If the procedure is assessed as compliant with market standards, a certificate will be issued.
