No expensive office, large secretariat, or extensive staff. That's why we can ask for a modest contribution. In addition to the €550 basic membership fee, there's also a Plus Package option. Smaller or newly formed schools are also very welcome and pay a lower entry fee. You can become a member for as little as €250.

The code of conduct below is endorsed by Go Arabic for the language industry. Go Arabic ensures that the code of conduct is adhered to by all members and accredited schools. • Know who you're doing business with: As a Go Arabic member, you always state your name, address, email address, phone number, and Chamber of Commerce registration number in guides, online, and booking confirmations. You ensure that you are available to clients outside office hours in case of emergency. For activities outside the company or office, you always clearly indicate under whose responsibility the activity takes place. • Language offerings according to the rules: With regard to language offerings, you strictly adhere to the rules of the Advertising Code for Language Offerings and follow the rulings of the Advertising Code Committee. You also work in accordance with the rules of the ACM NL or its equivalent in Belgium and Europe for offering Arabic language lessons. • Independent Dispute Resolution: You try to prevent complaints. In the event of a complaint, you ensure correct and timely handling. In the event of a dispute, the client can submit the complaint to the Disputes Committee. You will strictly comply with the Disputes Committee's rulings. • Sustainable: You will follow the Go Arabic guidelines to ensure the sustainable provision of services. • Expert employees: To ensure the proper execution of your services, you will ensure that your employees are, are, and remain professionally competent. • Clear privacy and cookie policy: You will protect your customers' privacy. You will inform your customers and website visitors about how you handle their personal data through a privacy and cookie policy. You will only share customer data if this is necessary for the proper execution of your services or the services of your suppliers. How do I become a member of Go Arabic? If you want to become a member of Go Arabic, you must meet several criteria and requirements. Go Arabic members must comply with the Code of Conduct for Go Arabic members in their dealings with clients. There are also some specific requirements. Below you will find the terms and conditions for membership. First, check whether you can and want to meet them. Then, complete the Membership Application form and send/email it, along with the requested documents, to Go Arabic. As soon as we receive the application, we will notify you that your application (including your Chamber of Commerce number) has been received. Go Arabic then has one week to screen and check everything. If there are no objections and the application is complete and approved, you will receive a confirmation letter with your Go Arabic membership number one week after submitting your application. After that, you must, of course, adjust your terms and conditions, etc., in accordance with the Go Arabic rules. Shortly after, we will then send you the membership fee invoice pro rata for the remaining calendar year. TIP: We recommend submitting your membership application even if you haven't yet met one or more of the necessary requirements. If the requirement is met after a week and there are no objections, we will immediately grant you the Go Arabic membership. Naturally, the process will take longer if you don't meet the requirements or if there are objections to the membership.
