ARABIC LANGUAGE
Arabic is a language spoken primarily in the Middle East and North Africa (Mena region). But don't underestimate the number of people of Arab origin living and working in the West. Knowledge of Arabic is becoming an increasingly valuable asset. Do you want to learn Arabic to communicate with your neighbors, friends, or colleagues? Do you often travel to the Arab world on business, for example? Or do you need to deepen and broaden your knowledge of Islam? Then GO Arabic is for you. Go Arabic has collaborated with experienced language trainers and renowned lecturers (who work at an academic level) to create this course. They ensure that students won't be bored! The course covers a wide range of interesting topics that will be useful in your personal life, career, and work. After completing the course or minor program, you will have reached a basic level that is more than sufficient to understand, read, speak, and write Arabic fluently. After just a few lessons, you'll find that you can already hold a decent conversation. The course is structured around several chapters, each covering a different topic, new grammar, and new vocabulary! Each chapter includes additional exercises and a test to help you monitor your learning progress. Of course, you'll also have support from your personal tutor!
METHOD
With the GO Arabic method, you'll learn to speak, understand, read, and write Arabic. Speaking and understanding: After the course, you'll find it easier to connect with Arabs and be able to have a conversation. You'll also learn to understand Arabic well enough to follow radio and TV programs. The included teaching materials clearly pronounce all Arabic words, and you'll have ample opportunity to practice your pronunciation. Reading and writing: After completing the course, you'll understand the main points of an Arabic newspaper, be able to read Arabic road signs, and recognize the names of shops and restaurants. Besides reading, you'll also be able to write simple Arabic sentences after the course. You'll know the Arabic alphabet, be familiar with Arabic characters and grammar, and have acquired a substantial vocabulary. Furthermore, all
PRIVATE LESSONS
Go Arabic offers one-on-one private lessons for small groups of students as a supplement to our regular lessons. One-on-one private lessons cost €25 per hour, with an additional €10 per additional student. The goal of these lessons is to lower the student-to-teacher ratio for more individualized learning while still adhering to the learning program outlined in our general curriculum for both Amia and Fosha. If a student would like private lessons focused on a specific topic or area of the language, the cost is €35 to account for the additional time required to design specialized lessons. Once places are confirmed, we will work together to create a schedule that suits you. Note: Small group private lessons are for a maximum of three students.
